Product Specifications
Description
It consists of a paper disc carrier containing Bacillus atrophaeus spores
The disc is inclosed in a plastic tube along with a glass vial containing media for growing the bacterial spores
Bromothymol blue has been added to assist in detecting spore growth
The outgrowth of spores increases pH, causing a color change from green to yellow
Recommended incubation time is 48 hours
